Catalina Gómez Gutiérrez

Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in industrial property. She joined the firm in 2005 and currently leads the Trademarks and Oppositions, Entertainment, and Art Law teams. She advises both national and international clients on managing their intangible assets, developing legal strategies for their protection at both the national and international levels, and providing support throughout the registration process.

She is involved in drafting and negotiating agreements related to intellectual property, including planning protection strategies, contracts for audiovisual productions, clearance, and agreements connected to visual arts.

She earned her Law degree from Universidad de La Sabana (2003) and holds a specialization in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies from Universidad Externado de Colombia (2009). In 2024, she completed the Entertainment Law Course at Universidad de Los Andes.
