Catalina Gómez Gutiérrez

Director with more than 14 years of experience in industrial property. As leader of the Brands and Oppositions team, she advises national and foreign clients in the management of portfolios of distinctive signs, searches and domain names. Designs legal strategies for their registration and protection and provides advice throughout the registration process. She participates in the preparation and negotiation of agreements related to Intellectual Property and with the planning of strategies for its due protection.

She is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de La Sabana (2003), with a postgraduate degree in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies from Universidad Externado de Colombia (2009).
