The applicant of a trademark application may obtain the granting of a distinctive sign in less than six months counted as from the application date.

Said advanced granting is made upon request so that the registration of a trademark is decided in less than six months from the filing date.

The advanced granting applies to both new applications and those under process.

However, it should be noted that the granted trademark under this condition might be revoked by the Trademark Office if it is found that another third party has filed the same trademark application or a similar one claiming right of priority with basis on the Paris Convention.
