Alejandra Castaño González
Associated with more than 5 years of experience in litigation and Intellectual Property, she is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, with emphasis in corporate and international law. She holds a postgraduate degree in corporate law from the Universidad de los Andes and is an LLM. candidate in Intellectual Property from the same university.
As a member of the Brigard Castro team, she advises national and foreign clients in the management and protection of their intangible assets and innovation, using Intellectual Property, contractual means, and the implementation of physical and technological measures. Likewise, she advises and represents clients in alternative methods of dispute resolution and jurisdictional processes, including those related to infringement of Intellectual Property rights and unfair competition. Additionally, she participates in the preparation and negotiation of all kinds of agreements, transactions, due diligence processes and Intellectual Property audits.
