Giovanna Alejandra Castaño González

Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, with an emphasis in corporate and international law. Holds a postgraduate degree in corporate law and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad de los Andes. She started working in civil and administrative litigation since 2014. She began working at Brigard Castro in August 2016, and since then she has advised and represented clients in civil and administrative litigation, management and protection of complex portfolios of intangible assets -intellectual property-, unfair competition, consumer law, personal data, and regulatory matters.
