Following the guidelines issued by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the Latin American Financial Action Task Force, and the Colombian Superintendency of Companies, Brigard Castro has implemented a ML/FT/AMFTPD risks prevention system.
Implementing the system implies adjustments to our processes to strengthen due diligence activities, mainly in our client engagement and fee proposal activities.
Most notably, we have updated our client engagement form and will have standard clauses for our engagement letters in line with the new legal requirements.
We count on your support and understanding in relation to these changes, and please be assured that our primary objective will continue to be our commitment with our clients.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
